Terms of Service
These Terms set out the conditions for using DAYPACK ("the App"). Using the App constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Article 1 (What the App Does)
The App is an iOS app that combines multiple photos on your device into a single Pack (a video file) and then lets you sort the original photos.
Article 2 (Irreversibility)
Packing and exporting photos from a Pack are irreversible. Please use the App only if you agree to the following:
- You cannot restore individual photos from a Pack to their original state.
- An exported photo will not be the same quality as the original.
- Individual files, metadata such as shooting information, Live Photos, and HDR are not preserved.
For photos you want to keep at full quality, choose "Keep" when sorting.
Article 3 (Handling of Originals)
The App never deletes photos without your action. Deletion happens only when you choose "Delete" on the sort screen.
Before deleting, confirm that the Pack is saved and plays back correctly. The developer is not responsible for restoring photos after deletion.
Article 4 (Paid Plans)
Purchases and cancellations of paid plans are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Cancel from iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Amounts already paid are non-refundable, except as required by Apple's terms.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
The following conduct is prohibited when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Decompiling or modifying the App
- Handling photos that infringe on the rights of others
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The App is provided as is. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for data loss, corruption, or other damages arising from use of the App.
Provision of the App may be suspended or discontinued without prior notice.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
If these Terms change, the updated version will be published on this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.
